Surrogate compensation and benefits

We believe that surrogates should be fairly and thoroughly compensated for their time and commitment

Every agency compensates surrogates differently, offering a wide variety of benefits, legal and medical coverage, and additional perks. Each state has its own legal particulars that can alter the rate as well.

While there are large variances in compensation, Alcea uses a hybrid inclusive compensation structure that is highly competitive. With average packages starting around $40,000 and up, depending on location, experience, and insurance cost. Check out more details on our compensation page.
